Our Story

From Vision to Reality

Elevate Business Coaching was founded in 2011 by Rajiv Sharma and Priya Mehta, two accomplished executives with extensive experience in multinational corporations across India and abroad. After witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by Indian businesses in adapting global best practices to local contexts, they recognized a critical gap in the market for culturally attuned business coaching.

What began as a small consultancy in Mumbai with just three clients has grown into India's leading business coaching firm with offices in three major cities and a team of 15 certified coaches serving over 200 clients annually. Our journey hasn't been without challenges – the economic downturn of 2013 tested our resilience, and we had to pivot our business model to survive.

This struggle became our strength, as we developed deeper insights into navigating business uncertainty – expertise we now share with our clients. In 2016, we expanded to Bangalore to serve the growing tech sector, and by 2019, we established our presence in Delhi NCR to support businesses in India's northern hub. Today, Elevate stands as a testament to the power of visionary leadership combined with practical execution – the very philosophy we instill in our clients.

Founder & CEO

With over 25 years of experience at companies like Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys, Rajiv brings strategic vision and operational excellence to Elevate. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and is a certified executive coach from the International Coaching Federation.

Priya Mehta

Co-founder & Chief Coaching Officer

Priya oversees our coaching methodology and quality standards. With a background in organizational psychology and previous leadership roles at Hindustan Unilever, she brings deep expertise in leadership development and organizational transformation.

Arjun Kapoor

Head of Executive Coaching

Arjun leads our executive coaching practice, working with C-suite leaders across industries. Before joining Elevate, he was a senior executive at McKinsey & Company, advising top companies on strategy and leadership development.

Shalini Patel
